A page with a purpose
Keep the larger column for your main notes. After a lesson or reading session, use the narrower column for questions, terms or prompts. The summary area gives you a place to explain the central idea in your own words.
Try this on your next page
For a biology lesson on photosynthesis, write the process and a labelled sketch in the notes column. Add “What goes in?” and “What comes out?” as cues. Later, cover the notes and try answering those cues before checking your work.
The layout is inspired by the Cornell note-taking system, but its proportions adapt to your selected paper size. It is an independent template, not an official Cornell University resource.
